- Practice Management Software: Revolution EHR.
- Vision Plans: VSP & EyeMed only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
- Process sales transactions, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain the boutiques appearance, ensuring it is a clean, organized, and inviting.
- Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
- Provide exceptional, customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assistant, marketing, and promotional activities, sales and customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently licensed and in good standing with the Board of Opticians for MA
- Previous experience and retail sales and administrative rules properly and eyewear or fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems.
- A keen eye for detail in a passion for fashion and eyewear.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
