Are you a skilled optician with a flare for fashion and a passion for leadership? Market Square optical, a premiere eyewear boutique in Beverly Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and experienced optician/manager to operate our Beverly location and provide exceptional service to our clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, insurance, smooth, and efficient functioning.
- Provide expert optical services, including fitting and adjusting eyewear.
- Assisted customers in selecting eyewear that meets their optical needs and compliments their style.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with performing eye exams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified optician
- Who has experience in optical retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with optical equipment and software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a keen sense of style and knowledge of current eyewear trends.
